The multi-family building was described by Zillow (info retrieved on Thursday October 6, 2022) as a 2- to 4-unit multi-family building built in 1927. The building, which was re-modeled in the past few years has forced air, central air, and eleven parking spaces.

As a firehouse, the building housed Grand Rapids Engine No. 8 in the early 1900’s. The location is about 27 miles east of the Lake Michigan Shoreline.
