Eastern Yellow Jacket colony, Vespula Maculifrons removed an underground burrow nest and examined the wasps and the nest structure.

Following the removal of a nest built by Eastern Yellow Jackets in an outer suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, HornetKing showed a video microscope view of Eastern Yellow Jackets, Bald Face Hornets, larvae.

In the microscope view there are views of larvae eating, jaw views, leg articulations, hairs, compound eyes and nest structures.

He showed a Bald Face Hornet queen, and a southern Yellow Jacket queen up close.

The nest that was removed was located under a stepping stone surrounded by Pachysandra.
