.SHORT TERM… Issued at 1249 AM CST Tue Nov 22 2022
Through Wednesday…
Pleasant late autumn weather on tap the next couple of days with sunshine, light winds, and above average temperatures. Only item of note with the short term forecast is with high temps. High temps over-performed guidance considerably Monday and ended up in the upper 1/3rd of max temps for given 925mb temps. Guidance is in excellent agreement that 925mb temps will warm at least 2 to 4 degrees C this afternoon vs Monday afternoon, which would equate to high temps 4-7F warmer. Didn`t go that warm, but did nudge temps up some today and again tomorrow when 925mb temps are progged to warm another 2 to 3C. Given expected full sunshine and warm air advection, a rogue 60F reading or two isn`t out of the question Wednesday somewhere in our CWA!
